The mattress was especially comfortable, which was important for my back pain. The hotel staff, particularly Kadir, provided exceptional service and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and make the most of our time. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. we had an amazing vacation and would definitely stay here again.

I loved the express check-in and check-out, it saved me so much time! And the free WiFi was a lifesaver, I was able to stay connected without any issues. The paid airport shuttle service was convenient too, no need to hassle with taxis!
What a shame they didn't have unicorns roaming the hallways, that would have been the cherry on top of my perfect stay.
